SRC Support For Tacdugan Elementary School, Ticao Island, Philippines

Starter packs, comprising writing materials, are being organised by the families of our school to send to the needy students of Tacdugan Elementary School for the beginning of their school year in June. The school is situated behind the village of Tacdugon on the Island of Ticao. Most houses do not have electricity or running water. The classrooms are without side walls, electricity and educational items which we take for granted in our community schools yet they produce students who graduate at university and continue updating their educational skills in order to find employment.
